Facebook Venting

Facebook has been such a great way for people to keep in touch with families and friends, but lately people are using it to slander other people. I understand the freedom of expression and I understand why people used facebook for expressing their emotions, I've been there and over it. I used to post in my wall my frustration with other people. I realized it's not good and not all people were impressed with so I stopped since then. The people who hurt us will like it when we talked about them so it's much to just completely forget about them and don't give them a space in our wall, even in our facebook wall.

Weird

These past few days facebook was acting up. I thought for a moment it was my computer because when I used my husband's computer it was fine. It's weird because i can't even hit like or comment and even changing my picture profile. It was like like that for a day. I even do a system restore on my computer because I thought it was be the programs that I just downloaded. But to my dismay it doesn't help at all. Then the following morning when I checked it again, it went back to normal. I was so relieved and I found out that other facebook users had the same problems too. So I guess facebook is overloaded already. Maybe I should start saving my pictures or print them out. I have pictures that I don't have copies in my own SD card because it's my friend's copy.

Transparent

Since my husband started joining facebook, he is hooked to it already. My friends are adding him to their facebook. There is nothing wrong with it but when he started sharing too much in his wall it kindaupsets me. And then I saw him giving our complete address to someone else it really makes me mad and know he's in a hurry fixing it :-).

Poor Laptop

I can't believe my laptop is no longer working now. Even though I anticipated it to happen but it was just unexpected that it happened that day. Like the day some people expected the world to end. Because that Friday morning I was still using it before I do some errands.  I was super busy that I spent most of time driving around, shopping and finishing projects. I just got the chance to turn it back on later that evening. When I turned it on, the windows won't start anymore. The monitor was completely blank. I stayed up all night trying to fix until I finally gave up and decided to buy a new one. I will gonna miss my laptop because I have an emotional attachment with it. But it's my fault, I didn't take care of it. It got soaked in water, stepped on and the keys were missing. And I've been thinking of making a back-up but never did for awhile so I lost some important files. Oh well, this is a lesson learned and definitely something that help me learn from even though in a hard way.

It's been two weeks since we have the Tsunami that damaged many boats in the pier. It's as if it was yesterday when I feel that fear because of the loud sound of the siren urging the people to evacuate to higher grounds. I was confused at first on what to bring first. All I want to secure are my kids, then I grabbed our passports and important papers and put them in the luggage. I realized how natural calamities happened so fast. How it will change your life overnight. We are lucky that we didn't experience what Japan has been through.There are many buildings that were damage. Backed Up

I knew there's a solution to this but let me whine for just a minute. I'm so bummed because yesterday I'm doing a back-up in my husband's computer whole day and just as I'm about to finish it, it was cancelled, my husband might have accidentally close it. I was so disappointed. I redo it but I run out of Cds. I knew this would be fixed if I have a high memory usb drivers. I have  a 8 GB one but it wasn't enough. So I was thinking of buying a USB driver with 500GB memory, but where can I get that? or maybe I will just customized the backup. Oh well, I'll do this when I'm not that stressed anymore.

Sleepover

We sleepover at my daughter’s godmother for seven days now because she’s all by herself at their house. Her daughter, son-in-law and their kids went to Los Angeles for a week. She’s scared to be alone. I’m just proud of my husband because he let me and the kids stay in other people’s house for a long time. And he’s so proud of me too. The kids are so happy about it. Does all kids really love sleepover? Well, my kids do. My only problem is that I can’t really sleep well in other people’s house. That’s why I always bring my laptop computer with me. Imagine life without a laptop?I’m sure it will be just fine . but To me, it’s a big thing. Because, I need to update my Facebook often, read and reply emails, pay bills or shop online once in awhile.
