 It is well recognized and established that the use of seatbelts by drivers and passengers in automobiles can avoid or cut down the seriousness of injuries incurred in automobile accidents. In our area the use of automobile seatbelts has become mandatory, failure to comply could be a reason that you cannot register your vehicle. There are other who are hesitant to use the seatbelts due to lack of freedom to move and we cannot easily jump off if the accidents like fire or the like happen. My uncle always have a seatbelt cutter on his car to be use in case of emergency.
