Black Saturday

There is a huge difference between the black Saturday here and in the Philippines. In the Philippines, people refrain from watching TV and they spent their time praying in the church. In contrast, here in America, people are busy shopping in the mall for the Easter celebration tomorrow. Some people even celebrated their Easter party today. I prefer the observance of Holy week in the Philippines. It's more solemn. It's more memorable because it's focus on what that season is all about. It's about reflecting on Jesus suffering in the cross.
