Getting Rid of Belly Fat

I'm so bummed because I missed doing my power shape-ups exercise for two days now. I'm super busy that I don't have time to do my physical fitness routine. I even missed doing my sit-ups this afternoon. Many of friends are doing this now. This is the solution of my long search on how to lose belly fat. I do a lot of walking everyday but it doesn't get rid of my belly that I gained from my pregnancy. My friends do 20 sit-ups in the morning and 20 in the afternoon. I know somebody who do 100 sit-ups everyday. She have some nice abs. That's my goal but I just missed it. I will definitely do my exercise tomorrow especially the sit-ups.
