A Doctor Nearby

A good friend of mine is planning to have a breast augmentation. We don't have a good surgeon nearby that's why until now she's still looking around for a good doctor with a good reputation to perform the surgery. Before, I don't understand why she has to go through this surgery. She's already beautiful. In fact, she was invited to become a model in our country before. But her parents are strict.
